Role

Roles in eWay-CRM is a group type that has set specific user permissions (in the contrast to Category) - role can be marked as the user group. It allows you to split user permissions and responsibilities throughout the system. If the user has a role (user, manager, or administrator), he or she automatically receives permissions for the work with data in the range that is defined for his or her role. If the user is assigned for more roles, he or she receives the highest permissions for each module.
