Include Lunch Breaks in Time Sheets

Include Lunch Breaks in Time Sheets helps you to define whether or not the lunch break will be included in the user’s time sheet report. This adjustment can be used when you know that your employees are adding time sheets into the system without lunch break. This function enters the legal break to which every employee is entitled after every 6 work hours – for example, if an employee works a 15 hour shift, the whole hour (2 x 30 minutes) will be included in the time sheet report. If the setting is active it is used for all employees with no exception.

Double-clicking Include Lunch Breaks in Time Sheets in the list will bring up the Global Setting card.

If the check box is marked, the function is activated and when you generate time sheets, half an hour will be included for every six working hours (within one day).

If the check box is not marked, the function is deactivated and lunch break is not included in time sheet report.

Clicking OK in the lower part of the Global Setting card will save changes and close the card. If you wish to close the Global Setting card without saving any changes, click Cancel.
