System Permissions

If the user is not part of any group, he or she can see these data:

• module Users
• module Categories
• module Reports
• module Exchange Rates
• drop down menu values
• workflow settings

Restriction of System Permissions

To be able to restrict those permissions, you need to add user to some group.

Then, if you want to restrict the user from seeing some information, you need to do it in Column Permissions - you specify what fields user should not see.
